Hi everyone, I have been looking for days on end to find a texture in world and on the various exchanges and cannot locate anything even close. I need a texture for a tiki hut, one that has transparent ends so it looks like real thatch. I am sure many of you have seen this sort of thing used in some of the tropical builds out there, yet I cannot locate any for sale anywhere. Does anyone have a transferrable copy of a texture like this they want to sell me? TIA  |

I made a Tiki Hut for the Phantom Island dance floor. I used a thatched roof texture from Textures R US. That texture has fringed edges. What I did for the ends of the roof prims was apply a 100% transparent texture to the top and bottom edges. The sides of the roof got the roof texture.
You can drop by Phantom Island any time to see the hut, or IM me in-game.
