HELP i am in a bit of a crisis here, have to make several outfits to finish very soon and i need to make fur trims..

Not quite sure how to do it..i've tried making textures with faded fur edges (alpha channel) but part of it keeps showing as transparent when i rotate view around it..this is most likely some kinda bug but its annoying and i cant fix it! are there any other ways to do fur that wont make it look like this?

If anyone could help me with this i would love it ! thank you! :D

There is a known "optimization" that often guesses wrong about overlayed alpha textures as to which is in front. I don't know that this will change anytime soon.

If I was understanding you, you were wondering about the choker. The best way I can think to do that is as a single texture that wraps around the whole way. You will need to fake the lighting that you are now getting from the prims and SL renderer. But you will avoid the overlapping alpha problem.
