embarrassing...

hi friends,
i'm afraid my question is quite embarrassing. not because of its contents, but because i'm exposing myself as completely ignorant. i really tried to find out myself by looking through the forum - but nobody seems to have problems with attaching textures. of course, lots of threads about how to do it exactly and stuff - but i wish i could do it at all!
i met this real nice guy - wearing a great smoking by the way - on my first day in sl. he gave me lots of nice clothes, make-up, shoes - no hair unfortunately. and of course i had no problem dressing up. but he also gave me nipples and - well something else. the nipples are in my inventory under textures. but if i right click on them, there is no "attach" option. only copy, copy as (something i don't know and can't remember) and delete. so how do i get these nipples where they belong to?

Go into Appearance. You will see three white boxes on the left of your avatar’s picture. The top one is for the head, middle torso, and bottom legs. To attach nipples, drag the texture from your inventory into the middle box. If you have a texture for pubes, drag it to the lower box.

Voila! You now have all the female features.
