iv having troubles keeping my images transparent. when i go to upload into SL the background is white instead. before id just save my tattoos at tga files in photoshop and they would be fine since i formatted it doesnt seem to work that way. any idea what im doing wrong ?

From what you said, it sounds like you have been able to do this fine in the past. Has something changed? Did you upgrade to a new version of PhotoShop? What version of PhotoShop do you use and what procedure do you use to create .tga files with transparent areas? I might be able to help you with just a little more info. Salazar

It's the version of Photoshop. It's most likely a patch that you had before and don't now, or one that you didn't have before but do have now.
IIRC, the functionality that you used to have (where it would auto-create the alpha channel) was considered to be a bug, and a newer patch removed that functionality.
