Hi,
Can a prim be attached to skin or a bra, and be underneath the shirt? I've tried it every which way and the shirt always goes underneath the prim. Any thoughts?

Attach the prim, right click it, select Edit from the pie menu, and then you can move it wherever you want.

Be aware though that there's no such thing as "under the shirt". All of the avatar garment layers and skin are baked into a single texture for each body section, and that final composite is applied directly to the avatar mesh. There can never be any physical space between the clothing and the skin. The clothing is quite literally painted onto the body.

Got it - I'll resume my quest for getting shirts to stretch over the chest area, instead of getting lost in it :) There must be a way....

There's no way to make an actual shirt suspend across the cleavage, but you can fake it with good texturing, and a well placed prim. Hollow a cylinder to 95%, cut it in half, and the squash it so it's really thin. Attach it to the chest, and place it across the top of the breasts. Then create a shirt with the area under the prim transparent, so the skin shows. Texture the prim to make up for the missing part of the shirt.

If you do it well, the effect should be fairly convincing. Be prepared for guys leering down your shirt, just like in RL. Have fun. :)
