i linked a bunch of objects together basicly blings you wear while dancing then i shrunk them to make one large glowing object then i copyed it and linked those copyed it and then tried to link the two pices together i got a meassag saying cant link objects to far apart why am i gettign this meassage ?

The smaller a prim is, the less linkable distance it has. It's not uncommon for links to fail on objects with lots of little pieces. You might want to explore differnt mentods of making the small parts. For example, cutting a cube by 75% will give you a cube that appears 1/4 the size of the original, but still maintains the full "gravity" of the original. There are lots of little tricks like that. Play around with the parameters on the editor and you'll come up with all kinds of alternate ways to do things, some more practical than others in different situations.

i allready tried makeing the objects larger i scaled them up full size and i still got the same meassage any other ideas?
