Most of it could be done with handpainted or photosourced clothes... you'd need a lot of flexy prim attachments for the bottom of the coat, the shoulder pieces, the legs of the pant/skirt thing, etc.... try posting under Products Wanted, you could probably get somebody to try and make a version for you.
