Texutre/skin/clothing... NEED HELP ASAP

I have a friend on SL. That for a while has had problems with clothes not showing up when she puts them on. Even after re baking. Well now there is a new problem she can put on clothes but then they either disappear (still showing that they are worn) or the texture goes all hey wacky. Is this a comman problem??? If it is a bug how do she send for to be fixed??? Can anyone help us please???

sounds like either her computer cannot handle second life, or maybe needs a fresh install.

I am guessing that she has tried to clear cache and relog already?

If not, have her try that.

To report a bug go to Tools - Bug Reporting - Report Bug

Make sure that she fills it out as detailed as possible. IE: Times it happens (night/morning/noon/evening) - Where it happens (laggy sim/main land/ private island) How often it occurs, etc.

She may want to also try going to a completely (does that exist?) LAG FREE zone. Try going to your map (in world) and typing in IO - teleport to that region, and see if she has better luck wearing clothes without them disappearing (Clean cache and relog before going to IO)

I've had this happen to me also, but a cache clear and relog has ALWAYS fixed it.
