Not sure if there is a proper forum for this question.
But on occasion I post new product announcement posts and I notice that some have their
title in bold type.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?

no it is the titles I am referring to, I did not know about that. So it appears we do not have control over setting the title bold. _____________________
