Try the adobe exchange. Also just doing a google search for 3d tileable textures will bring up good results. Of course you can always make them yourself...

Lauren Fox or lfox as she is also known has great textures and fair prices.
You can see them all on SLexchange or go to one of her stores...and no I don't have any connection to her, I am just a fan of her work.

The textures are easy. To make good clothes, you have to artistically shade the textures to the templates, such as adding folds and drapes.
