Sometimes, you see a door with glas. So, on one face of the cube you have the door texture but also where the glas is, you see the background. Does this means that there are two textures on one face of the cube? How do they do this? A railing or fence is also such an example.

This is done with an alpha channel sometimes--
You create your door texture in Photoshop...the area where the glass is will be masked--check out the tutorial on this. However, if not done properly, the door will look 2D from certain angles...use trickery.
OR....
You can create a door in 2-5 prims, so you can actually have a window area.

thx, and where can I find this tutorial(s)? Does this also works with Photoshop elements or better any free software-packet?
