I'm really certain you could find these at the Aqua Galleria, Pixel Dolls, Second Style or any of the numerous other quality clothing outlets... Plus you have the fun of shopping!

If I am not mistaken Pahoa has a small selection of Long Red Dresses at both Luna and Lusk stores of Jazzy Jade Wolf also I do believe Fey Brightwillow has a few as well.
