hey there guys, looking to start creating tattoos for SL, do i need any additional software, and does it cost? i like designing tattoos and seen as though im nit do good at getting money for sl, it would be a great way to get extra lindens to buy me the latest ETD hair. thanks for your help! Renai x

Hi there Same as clothing, tatoos are textures applied to your av, so the same software will be used. Most often used (as far as I can tell) commercial products are PhotoShop and Paint Shop Pro and then there is a free program called Gimp. I haven't used it, but it seems to be the most used or at least mentioned free software when it comes to clothing and tattoos for SL so it should do the trick if you don't have one of the others and don't want to spend money on it right now. Personally I use PhotoShop. Happy tatoo-ing

Renai x Hi Renai! My better half Lina Pussycat runs training sessions in tattoo creation for SL, and can generally tailor it to match up with whatever software you prefer to use. If you IM her in world I'm sure she'd be delighted to help out! |
