I've made a face skin..but when i uploaded it, the eyelashes were pail, didn't match the
black eyeliner, how do i make the eyelashes black?

The eyelashes are colored by the pixels in the upper right hand corner of the head texture. If you color in that area you'll color the lashes. If you want them to be the default black then leave the upper right corner transparent. If you look at the files in the "character" folder of your SL install you'll find one that'll show you exactly where they're located
