I'm trying to make a window texture with PSP 9. My question is, how do I make the see-through part of the window with PSP 9? Or how do you make the transparent part of the window with psp9?

If you found a tutorial that works, great, but just so you know, there's a sticky at the top of this forum with everythig you ever wanted to know about transparency, complete with a step-by-step tutorual for PSP. I heard it was written by a pretty cool individual.
