I'm new to this program...not real familiar. How virsitle is it for SL as far as making clothing. I don't even know where to begin. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated. Thank you.

Does anybody know what the difference is between PaintShop Pro 8.0 and 9.0? I have 8.0 but I use it most of the time to fix photos.

very versatile Rebel. First place i would point you to is www.sluniverse.com and look at cristiano's tutorial on alpha channels.

I think I prefer PS to PSP, but I wasn't willing to shell out for PS and I have to say I'm pretty happy with PSP and find it pretty loaded with capabilities. To take myself to the next level, i really need to open up that manual.

The interface is redesigned a lil' bit. It's got a very swanky history window now... The ability to selectivly remove one step you did a while ago and have it automaticly recalculate the image as it would be now, but without that one step, an easy way to save scripts of actions for later use, etc.

It's got some new tools in both the art and retouching departments... Some additional forms of noise removal, an artist pallet to mix paints 'by hand' (It's actually a cool feature), some new drawing tools... A nice new feature to create gometric shapes too. The ability to do vertical text as well as horizontal strait from the text tool.

A few other new tools here and there, too, but those are the highlights.
