PSP9 Question

does anyone know of a good tutorial for make a part of a jpg alpha for PSP9?

For instance I have a jpg of waterdrops with a light blue background and I want to make the background alpha.

You do know that JPEG doesn't support transparency, right? You'll need to use TGA or PNG. I recommend TGA.

In any case, read the Transparency Guide at the top of the forum. It's got a step by step tutorial for PSP. Some of the menu command names may have been slightly different in version 9 if memory serves, but it's close enough that you should be able to follow it.
