Hey, I'm new to SL and since I'm low on cash I thought I'd decide to try and make some clothes.
I was trying to make a skirt, and there's something I don't know how to do...
When I make the skirt, it's flat, tlike a tight fitting outfit.
The skirt I want it out - puffy, like as if there were something underneath it...
How would I change that, if possible?

If you go to the Appearance Menu (where you can edit your avatars looks, skin, clothes, etc.) and click on the Skirt tab you will get the sliders to edit the skirt. There's a slider for making a skirt from flat to puffy. Hope that helps.
