hey could some one point me in the direction for a FREE software to use so as i can test out clothing skins out side of SL (so i dont have to wast money keeping uplaoding em)

You can preview them when you upload. Before you click upload, you can select so that the texture is displayed on an avatar body part.

Theres also Daz Studio.

Ummm... I'm guessing that the download limit has been reached. :D

You don't need to download it before the 4th. Just "buy" it (for $0.00.) It will be available to download indefinitely after that. No worries.
