Hi. I was using a tutorial to make a polo shirt. The shirt looks very nice once i have it on but for some reason it looks as if i am wearing an undershirt and doesnt have the proper look. I will attach two files showing no matter what i do with the collar front it either takes too much or not enough white out. i want the front to obviously be a v shape like how the shirt is supposed to be. It either looks like a crappy design where there is an undershirt there or it just cuts off the collar. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

It may be that your alpha channel isn't working out right. I use Robin's PS actions (which use Flaming Pear filters); it takes most of the frustration out of dealing with transparency. Good luck!

It seems to be a problem with the alpha channel, indeed. You'll probably find your answer in the Transparencies Sticky.

The first post gives you general information on what an alpha channel is. You'll then find a step-by-step explanation of how to create an alpha channel in Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro.

One very big thing to keep in mind: make sure you only have ONE alpha channel.

Thanks so much! Added the alpha channel and everything was perfect. Seams didnt line up but after redoing the shirt everything looks as it should. That alpha channel tutorial worked nicely.
