Texture Policies on using logos

Hi,

Just started my Second Life a few days ago. Is it okay to make t-shirts/clothing with logos from bands/cartoons and such? Or is that something that violates a policy?

Plenty of people do it...but I'd like to offer this opinion:

ANYONE can pull a logo from the internet...so if you plan on sellin' the shirt for more than a standard texture upload fee (L$10), you're not gonna sell many.

In addition to the idea that just stealing logos may have "ethical issues", it's a better idea to use your own creativity in making something.

yea, i was reading up on other threads. im glad i did not try to sell anything yet. actually could not figure it out. going to either make my own designs or looking into setting up another type of business. thanks.
