Before I start designing my head off, when I attach an object to my AV, does it always attach at 0,0,0 of the object?

I dont know. You can scale and move objects once they are attached, though.

The best way for you to understand attachements is to begin by making a simple box with a different color on each side so you can easily determine its oreintation. Attach it to different parts of the av and watch how it changes with each one.
That having been said, it doesn't really matter though what happens to the object upon initial attachment though, as you will be able to move and scale the object after it is attached. When you take it off, it will remember where it was for the next time you wear it. Just be sure to select "wear" the next time around instead of "attach". |
