OK I'm probably REALLY blind , I can't seem to find the render button for the turtle baker.
I'm in the rendersettings window , set up what I ( think ) I need just to get used to all the different options , but I can't actually find a render button!. I came across /8/00/347147/1.html followed it but am now slightly stuck :/ I'm sure it's in a really obvious place! Hope to get help soon. No worries I THINK I got it , someone in world is helping out  |

There's no specific render button for Turtle, just like there's no specific render button in any other renderer that plugs into Maya. You use Maya's existing render button, the same one you'd hit if you were using May Software or Mental Ray or anything else.
Whatever renderer you've selected in the Render Settings dialog is the renderer Maya will use when you tell it to render something. If that happens to be Turtle, then Turtle will be used. _____________________

I'd recommend going through some of the tutorials that Illuminate Labs have on their site as well ... very .. um .. Illuminating.
