The appearance buttons to create clothes have not worked for me recently... The last few days when I try to create a shirt or a jacket and press the button in appearance, nothing happens. I can no longer create baked on clothing in sl .

I too have noticed this glitch, but if you have your inventory window open when you create the piece of clothing, it will in fact create it. Just drag the new clothing from inventory onto your body and presto new clothing glitch route about  *Cleo* |

You can also wear a piece of clothing you created before and rename, retexture and reshape it.
