Forgive me if this is wrong place to put this but its related to textures not sure where else to put it.
I take a lot of photo's in world and recently I stumpled upon a very Adam and Eve scene and I took a snapshot of these avatars being "cluelessly nude" or just not caring about being nude while camping.
It inspired me to turn it into art image to retexture, etc.
The main question is if I remove names of participants and change textures in photo of objects is it copyright, privacy enfringement if I re-upload it and turn it into a art object?
I was also thinking of having snakes, other images of tinies, furies and the virtual Eden slowly animate into corruption but I am not sure how I could do this.
Secondary questions are:
What are the limits and issues that I face if I do this?
What I should avoid?
Also are there simple low lag ways of making animated painting scenery change that someone who is inexperienced yet creative could pull off?
Would I need to hire advanced scripter writer for this and what would the best way to go about this and how much L do I need if I have to hire someone to script special textured art image for me?
Thank you in advance. FD

Great questions! I believe you own the copyright to the material you shot, but, and this is a big but, certain elements in-game are copyrighted, possibly including the scenery you were shooting. How enforcable is the scenery owners rights? I'm not sure. When I capture images, I ttry to capture things that do not include a lot of 'excess material.' What I mean is that I am cautious not to simply capture images wholesale that I know do not belong to me. As an artist, I don't want people using my work, unless I have said they can by using a Creative Commons license.

I am not an expert, so I look forward to other replies to your very solid question.

Thanks responding Alexander.
I sort of want to do unique things in regards to art and textures.
Perhaps it won't be the newest hottest selling 75 or 250L dress or shirt but I rather keep things focused on what I enjoy regardless if very few residents seem to have interest in art or art textures.

Just a beginner here, but, I would be very upset if someone used a pic of my AV (even fully clothed) without my permission. Artists use models and I think that is the ethical way to go.

I am not going to use the exact likeness they just inspired me but I did have friend who is designer who modeled for me as Eve in different poses.
She even held a apple for me.
By the way for me when I retexture or at least for me
retexturing means images there aren't same its like the images in photos are lines in coloring book and I change the actually things within the photos to my own textures as part of the painting.
The people I photographed were nude in a public place. I won't be including there names or exact images.
They were fully aware and didn't seem to care that they were nude.
