i am not familiar with these clothing templates anyone tell me how they work?

you open them in your (name program here) Gimp..Photoshop..PSP
Then you draw on the template whichever one you want to choose..and save as a .tga and upload to game and apply to your avie thru the apperance mode after making the appropriate new clothign item..
this might be a bit vague but any questions?
