Prim Shirt (Blouse)

Has anyone ever tried to make a prim shirt or blouse?

I have been trying and not doing so well with it and I was wondering if anyone else has made the attempt.

I have made a prim jacket for my Ryoko AV(i needed diffrent colored sleeves, dumb lindens)
its not great and better texturing would have helped but very doable,
i even made a shirt prim for my Teamrocket AV needed a open shirt that wasnt skin
tight, was kinda like a prim skirt with texture blending to av shirt.
