I am creating a Tiny Avatar and have a fur texture that I want to make into a new skin. It won't really be visible (except on the neck), but I want it just in case any of the folded body parts poke out for some reason during an animation or something. I have been searching all sorts of forums and web pages and cannot figure out how to create a new skin. I uploaded the fur texture and know how to use it on and clothes (and objects) but cannot figure out how to set it as the skin. I see other skins have a special "skin" icon and don't know if I need to go through a special process or what. I would really appreciate any help. If I need individual files for the head, body, and such I will create them (I've downloaded the templates), but how do I put them in place as one complete skin? Thank you!

Applying is just like making clothes. In inventory, Create>New Body Parts>New Skin, wear it, edit appearance, go to the skin tab, and you'll see three texture panes for the "tattoos" (that's why we have so much trouble with actual tattoos, the skin makers stole their place ).
