This is probably the wrong forum, but I value the opinion of the people who frequently post in the forum, Chosen, Chip, robin & others. so forgive me. What do you think of my eyelashes (see below)? Do you think they would sell good??

Thanks all
Kharie

I think they look great, Kharie, and I don't see any reason why they wouldn't sell. They're very unique and I bet people will love them. Nice work.

I agree with Chip. Definitely unique and eye catching. Nice work.

If you want a critique, I'd probably find them easier to look at if there were more parallels and less criss-crossing. To me it looks like someone should run a comb through those lashes and straighten them out a bit. But that might just be my personal taste. It doesn't mean it's wrong the way you have it. Overall, I think it's great.

They remind me of Shu Uemura lashes.
Some nice marketing graphics might help it sell a bit.

I think the idea is innovative and different and the eyelashes look wonderful.

I am however inclined to agree with Chosen about having less crisscrossing. I think it would make the eyelashes stand out even better.

I cannot even imagine the horror of aligning those prims :)

Great idea and good job.

Ok, I'm stumped: How do prim eyelashes blink when the avatar blinks? Or don't they? (I tried attaching a big plywood cube to an eyeball--amusing to watch it saccade--but it didn't appear to rotate in a "blink-like" way.)

They don't :)

Prim eye lashes stay in the same position on the eye lid (they attach to the nose actually), but they sure beat the basic av eye lashes in giving a nice feathered eye lash look.

I personally think $150L is a good price to charge for them. However, being a guy, I won't have a need for them. But I can always ask a few of my lady friends on here to see.
