Not sure if that's how one spells a texture that looks overly pixeled or huge pixeled boxes. I've been driving myself crazy trying to learn all I can from tutorials and videos. I'm even getting a big wrinkle between my eye brows from trying to figure this out. I'm getting good at making the meshes and learning how to texture them but even what not using any material, just plain baking them. I get big block pixels and even the textures once baked look blocky. (God I how someone understands this.) The texture in your link seems pretty small. Was that a thumbnail of it or the actual size of your texture? It's looks to be about sculpt map size.
Just taking a guess here, but:
If that *was* the actual size of the baked texture, then you need to create a new image in UV/Image Editor window, either 512 x 512 or 1024 x 1024 (then likely reduce the 1024 to 512 in PS) before baking the texture.

Hehe, no, Blender is like that a bit  I forget things using it all the time. If you still have pixelated textures at a higher resolution, add a subsurf modifier to the sculpty before baking, too
