I recently purchased a certain body part from Okina. While it has several changeable colors built in, none of them match the skin I am using exactly. Using the built in editor i can't get a custom color to match either. Is there any way i can import the Skin Tone into the editor so I can color my.....you know what? Thank You.

Why don't you take a screenshot of yourself and then use something like photoshop's color picker to get that skin tone, color a little square and import it. Skin tone really varies under different lighting conditions so be careful.

I'll second Bree's suggestion. I've done this before by taking a screen shot of myself wearing the skin, with the lighting set to Noon, and then in Photoshop I sample the pic several times, to get an average for the RGB values.

This will often only get you a starting point, expecially if the, er, item... is one that has a texture that is already colored. You essentially also need to compensate for the existing color in the texture. For example, if the part is already rather pink, and you add a tint that matches your skin tone, the result will be too red. Back off on the red value of your tint to fix that.

Skin color is far more complex than most people imagine, and a really good skin simply can not be matched by any solid color. You may actually want to replace the texture of the item with a snapshot sample taken from your thigh, under good lighting.

Good suggestions. I'm not a whiz with image editing progrms, but I'll give it a try. Thanks. When I get time I will go and...play with myself..
