Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. I follow everything according to the SL guide, but when I'm wearing my tattoo which I created in Photoshop by inverting the Alpha... it's super blurry, well, not super blurry, but certainly not sharp.
Thanks!

It would be helpful if you could post a picture of the problem. It's a bit hard to diagnose just by you're description. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "inverting the alpha." Please explain.

I've occasionally had this since 1.7 with textures that worked just fine before. Something that forces the av to redraw itself often fixed it - I ended up creating a transparent jacket and wearing that when the tats didn't draw properly and it worked just fine.
So it might be worth trying that, it could be a SL texture drawing issue, not a problem with your PS skills at all.

I think it's a 99% chance that SL redraw is the problem. Remember they had to fix a bug that prevented the full resolution redraw. It was crippling for high rez photo shoots

Photo now attached! What resolution is your tat at? I created a purple latex texture and it was coming out blurry, but when I resed the template up to 1024x1024 and did it the quality increased. Just don't rez it down to 512x512 before you save it and it will work fine.
