Hi!
I want to write a script adjusting textures on a prim to the repeat and offset of the ground texture (my moor in Caledon sims).
Is there any exact value to be found, how often the textures are repeated in a region? I found something like 0.083 per m. But this means: the texture is not repeated an integer value of times on the ground. And where is the center I can take the offset from?
If there is any information available already, plese point me to the location.

I believe it's one repeat every 4 meters, or .25x.25 repeat per meter, or 64x64 repeats per sim.

From: Chosen Few I believe it's one repeat every 4 meters, or .25x.25 repeat per meter, or 64x64 repeats per sim. Yup. That is precisely correct. Furthermore, the starting point on the repeats is in 4M increments from the 0,0 corner of the sim. And these repeats assume a perfectly FLAT AND LEVEL surface. The repeat value never changes in the X or Y dimensions. But if the ground has a 45 degree East-West slope, then the surface is longer East to West along the surface itself, and the texture will appear to be streached to fit that length.
