Hi everybody...
I was wondering if anyone could help me, I'm trying to make a costume for a male avatar. Does anyone know where I can get a muscle shading guide or photoshop layer.

In the contents of your Second Life viewer install there are .tga files for the default skin with the muscles shading.

Assuming your installation followed normal defaults, here's the path:
C:\Program Files\SecondLife\character
Take a look at the bump map files in that folder to get a sense of where things are.
