Finding basic skin.

A while ago, I made myself a tattoo. This was mostly clear, except where the tattoo appears, and was put in as a 'tattoo' in-game. Looked fine.

I had wanted to buy a plain 'non-tattooed' skin, and then put my tattoo onto it, but found out that when you buy a skin, it is basically a whole-body tattoo. This means I can't use 'em both.

I know that creating skin that looks good is difficult. I just can't do it. I've tried, and failed. Often.

What I'm looking for somewhere on the 'net is a file which has some basic skin with shading and such already done, onto which I can then superimpose my tattoo and upload into the game.

Does anyone know where I can find a plain, good-looking, pre-made, male skin which I can use for this purpose?

I don't.. And I think if there was one it would considerably dent the skin selling bussiness ..

But custom skin makers may well be willing to add your tattoo onto a custom skin for you.. Can but ask

I suppose that's true. But still, I hate not being able to express myself without having to depend on someone else, you know?

Oh well. If anyone has any ideas, I'd certainly appreciate them!

Yeah I know what you mean.. Hmmm.. Oh I know!

The other thing you can do, is put your tattoo on the undershirt layer, as long its on your arm/chest/front/back or whatever.. Or underwear.. That way it doesn't take up the skin layer..

I sell a male skin that does NOT use the tattoo layer; however, it is NOT a basic skin and is quite pricey. The skin leaves you with the freedom to layer whatever you want over it (No 3rd party intervention needed) using the empty tattoo slots. This is most important if you are layering over the face, otherwise you have the option of applying your tattoos to an underwear layer in most other cases. GCL's/GTL's would be very nice. They would solve this issue. The question is "When????"

Well, we hope it will solve this issue. I have a nagging fear that they're going to make it only for clothing layers and ignore skin and tattoos. I'll believe it when I see it
