I hope it's not too off-topic. I'm not even sure why I post this, I suppose I just want to share my happiness, lol!

Up til a couple of days ago, when I was making clothes in Photoshop, it just felt like I was placing coloured pixels on a template. But somehow, this has changed, and now I *paint*. It's like my stylus is moving on its own! It's fun, it's fast, and it looks better!

I'm happppppy!

Yeah! You go, girl! It makes me so happy to read your post. When I do rl watercolor, *something* takes control of my hand. I have learned to trust it. And I want to see your paintings. Will you post something?

Glad you're having fun.
I love it when I find myself just creating and everything is working out smoothly and wonderfully with no glitches.
It like you got super artistic genius ablities, it is wonderfull feeling.
May this creative genius, painting faster then super artist feeling last for you forever.

Awesome, Raindrop! Glad to hear it's clicked for you. With digital art, like all art, eventually reach a point where it all just kind of comes together at once, and you transition from struggling to remember the how-to's to just operating on instinct, leaving you free to concentrate on creation rather than on technical stuff. Welcome to the other side of the fence.
