Hey all. I'm just starting with mens shirts, and I have a question. How on earth do you make a pattern that has stripes going vertical, without them going all screwy? I was trying to do a shirt that had a broad vertical stripe, but when I used my clothing previewer, the line zigzags everywhere around the pec and ab regions. Any help with this? Thanks. Ona

might help to know what tools you are using or have available...
some 3d programs allow you to project a patern onto a model, and then save the uv map...
straight lines are going to be hard though, since each av shape will be different

I'm using Photoshop CS3, and the SL Clothing Previewer made by Johan Durant. It seems to me I've seen shirts with lined patterns that don't go funny, but maybe my mind is just making that up to mess with myself. It does that a lot...
