I don't think we see enough of this these days, so I wanted to post a "Well Done" for Yari Yossarian.
I inadvertently bought some of his items not realizing they were No Transfer. I IM'd him and he got right back to me as soon as he logged in, sending copies to the person I'd intended them for and even dropping her a little something extra for the trouble.
Now, THAT is customer service. Highly recommended, and very nice stuff!

I'd like to add I've also made some purchases from Yari and I had a bit of trouble with one item in particular and he took it back, fixed the script and gave me a token of friendship for the trouble, a token that can only be shared and appreciated between two men.... a fart machine!!
