Tattoo's

ok i have the basic ability to use Adobe photoshop 7 and paint shop pro 8, and by basic i mean i can draw, which is all i have ever used them for, I have looked at the tutorials on how to make tattoo's, but as far as i'm concerned, its all in greek. My question is there a tutorial out there that explains step by step how to do this? in a format that someone who has little to no working knowledge on the other functions needed?
