OK, ancient Greeks didn't wear togas, but who the heck knows what a chlamys is? I'm looking to make some clothing in the classic Helenistic style, something appropriate for gods and goddesses. I have photoshop, but no experience hacking clothing templates. I have a good visual idea of what I want to create, but no clue about how to simulate draped fabric. Any tips or pointers? Does anyone have a good toga template?

The one shoulder covering could be done as a jacket piece.
As far as draping and shading of fabric, do a search of this forum and you'll come up with several post dealing with using burn/dodge and other methods of making cloth shading. Good luck! |

You can't cover only one shoulder using the templates as they are now (or else we'd be seeing a lot more one-sleeve shirts) ![]() _____________________

Does anyone have a good toga template? I have been looking for a good greek toga-like outfit since the first day i joined but have found nothign wroth while or well-made. The two examples I found, I can give you if you IM me in game but you are really better starting from scratch. Let me know if you need them, or need any help. Based on that experience, I am sure if you make a good one it would sell for a good price. And let me know when you finish so I can buy one myself. ![]() (and yes I know we are talking chalmis not toga) _____________________
