So its been a while since I made any new clothes and made up some new skirt textures which look just fine until I start to walk or stand with a pose where my legs are close together but with a knee pushed out or something like it that causes the skirt in that messy part of the UV to stretch drastically front to back. If that makes any sense.
I know that some parts of the mesh can appear through the skirt mesh for really tight skirts (which this is) but in the past I fixed it with a pair of glitch pants. Now however skirts that I made in the past that were fine seem to have this shearing problem. Am I the only one experiencing this?
Attached is some pics of what I am seeing. Two poses where all is well and two where the skirt is fubar'd. The skirt texture is a TGA with a single alpha channel, nothing fancy. Bustle is set to 0 and length to 100.
Ok pics won't upload, I'll try and find somewhere to put them but does this sound familiar to anyone?

I'm not sure that I understand..... You're wearing glitch pants and still seeing this? This behavior is what I would normally expect if you didn't have glitch pants under a tight skirt, but not if you're wearing them.

all system skirts need glitch pants to prevent this. Even if the skirt looks fine in one position, when you move, your legs will show.

Roliq, yes I am wearing glitch pants under there that used to cover off everywhere that the skirt would break open but it never did that in the middle like those pics show. I guess maybe I just need more coverage on those pants now which for a closed skirt would be fine but will look terrible for one with a high slit like the one in those pictures.

Bummer. I couldn't tell from the pics that this skirt had a side slit. I thought we were only seeing skin where your leg was poking through the fabric itself -- something that glitch pants were designed to deal with. Glitch pants and a long side slit don't work well together design-wise, though, so I think you're stuck. You either have to reduce the length of the slit and wear longer glitch pants or live with having your leg poke through where it's not supposed to. Sometimes life stinks.

Thats what I was hoping not to hear. Sux because it never used to show through like that in the middle. Oh well.
