How do I get an image file from Daz that I can refer to while creating skin w/o having Daz open?

Thank you

Hi Star - I looked at DAZ Studio and it doesn't seem as if it will export to a 2D image, such as jpeg. You might try asking in a DAZ users forum.

What I would do is use a screen capture file, I use corel Capture, to select the image and just copy it to a jpeg. Since you only want to view the file, the screen resolution limitation shouldn't be a problem.

I hope this helps,

Does Render save to a file on your drive?

You render the scene and then 'save last render' - which will save as an image format - there are various to choose from (bmp, jpeg etc)

I want to thank you for answering my question. And yes, save last render does work.
