From: ConductorX Nieuport I want to display a single photo on a multiprim object. For instance.. I have an object made of four 10 x 10 prims linked together. I want to display a single photograph on this object.
Other than cutting up the photo into four parts how can I do this?
"G" Apply the Texture to the 4 prims, assuming all prims are of equal size as mentioned 10x10. Then in the Texture Tab from the Edit menu make the Horizontal and Vertical repeats 0.500 on all 4 prims. Then change the Offset as follows; Top Left Prim Horizontal -0.250 Vertical 0.250 Top Right Prim Horizontal 0.250 Vertical 0.250 Bottom Left Prim Horizontal -0.250 Vertical -0.250 Bottom Right Prim Horizontal 0.250 Vertical -0.250 Now your picture will cover all 4 prims as 1 picture.
