Use the first drop down on the left (Files?) While in SL. You will see Upload File. Just click on it, select the texture and pay your $L10. You can upload more than one file at a time by using “Bulk Upload.”

The file should be in a TGA format for SL to use it. If it is an article of clothing, you will need to upload it as a 32bit tga files with the alpha. If you didn’t understand what I just said, I suggest you go up to the two red stickies and read up on the many posts dealing with clothing and alpha channels. Otherwise, you probably will be disappointed with the upload and, waste your $L10.

Speaking of Bulk upload, it says 10L$, does it mean still 10L$ per image or 10L$ for a whole folder or what? (I'm guessing its still 10L$ per image lol)

It's $10/item - you can use bulk upload to upload images, animations and sounds in a mixture, but it's still $10 per item.
