I made up a bikini and on previewing it, before uploading it, as a Female Upper Body, to be sure the front and back were aligned, I noticed bits attached that I did *not* draw. What is going on here, folks, and how do I fix? I hope easily, this big template isn't as easy as Robin (bless her!) t shirt template.

And if it'll help, the actual PSD file so you can see how I made it and see the bits I am showing wasn't drawn in...

Of course, any help, especially useful help (which anything *not* useful is *rare*, thank you *all*!) is appreciated!

What you are seeing is one of the "delights" of SL clothes design. The nice straight lines you draw get distorted on the polys that make up the av.

The best bet is to find a copy of Chip Midnight's or Robin Sojourner's high res templates (they're both in stickies at the top of the forum), and try to use the edge matching etc. Then tweak and fiddle. It *is* doable, but it is a fiddle I'm afraid.

One of the ways Chip suggests is to upload his textures as skin, take photos of the seams and look at how the wretched err, wonderful, thing lines the edges up - rulers on the pictures thing, so you can see how your straight tie runs across the triangles that get used.

Good luck with it.

Oy! Ok... I *think* I got Chip's some place. Thanks!
