Can I change the texture/color on poseballs?

This may be a very elementary question, so please pardon my lack of knowledge :-) I just rented a cute little live aboard sailboat in a secluded bay. I have 100 prims, and was thinking since its already furnished, I would like to place some nice sunbathing and sitting poses. Alot of the ones I have seen are usually bright red or blue, or pink. My question is, is it possible to color these so they match my boat?

If the poseball is sold to you with mod permissions, you can change the color. If the pose you like is not sold with mod permissions you can try asking the person selling if they will change the color for you.

With most pose balls, the answer is yes. The pose in them may be no mod and/or no copy, but the ball itself is just a prim, and is usually modifyable, so you can reposition it as needed.

Thanks for the replies :-) I was able to change the color. However, this brings up another issue. Can I change the title that displays over the poseball? I have this nice animated pose laying on my back. I have this placed on the deck of my boat and its a really nice sunbathing pose. However, because the pose was originally designed as a sleep pose, the poseballs title is "sleep". Is it possible to change this? I cant seem to figure out how.

Edit the poseball and go to the contents tab. There will be a script that makes the poseball display that text. It won't do any good to delete the script though. You will have to open the script and change "sleep" to "". Then save the script. This is assuming you have mod perms for the script.

When I find myself asking questions like this, I begin to realize that it may be easier -- and more educational -- to simply start from scratch instead of trying to modify something that someone else created that just isn't quite right. It shouldn't be hard to find a decent sunbathing animation out there (I haven't looked, but that sort of animation is all over SL). If it were me, I'd simply grab a new animation, make my own poseball, and drop it in. And I probably wouldn't use a "ball" either ... I' put the animation in a pillow or something.
