I have not used it personaly though it seemed handy based on what I read from it. It's an old link but I thought I would share it anyways. I searched to see if this was posted already.

This is a script for using the Offset filter for all visible layers. So, rather than flattening your texture design then offsetting it you can now keep your layers intact and clean up your seams.

Nice link! Back when I was using PS7 I put together a short tutorial for correcting texture seems in Photoshop using the same methods (it's listed in the stickies), but this is a nice scripted improvement for PSCS2 users.
