Hi this is my first post so please bear with me if i waffle on about random rubbish, i have just started to do some tattoos for sl, and i think their pretty cool but there is one thing thats really bugging my butt...how do i make full sleeve tats and leg tats...i tried the other day and it seems to make them mirrored on the arm and i cant do a full sleeve, back and front tattoos not a problem, although i do have an issue of lining up the belly button and where the splits begin for pants etc. if anyone has any advice it would be great to hear from you. Look forward to showing off my first full sleeve tattoo soon with some help from you guys hehe...thanks Bri

First, the arms are always going to be mirrored on both sides. There is no current way that I know of to just put a tattoo on one arm and not the other.
Second, if you'd like to get everything lined up properly, Chip Midnight has some great templates for download. They are truly an amazing gift to second Life, featuring seam and edge guides so you can line everything up properly. I don't remember the link to get them off hand, but if you search for Chip Midnight you should be able to find a post of his with the templates link in it.
Good luck to you.

I'm not sure how similar Chip's templates are to Robin's, but hers (for CS2> integrate smart objects which allow you to draw (vector graphics) on the template layers in Illustrator before switching back to Photoshop and manipulating it at pixel level. Just a heads-up to that really because it's a stroke of genius that really helped me out when designing tattoos of my own. Thanks Robin by the way. =) Templates available from robinwood.com if i recall correctly.
