I saw your post earlier but didn't get back to it till now but you've already found out it's still there.
The Beta grid database has been updated, so those who haven't been able to enter the beta grid because they joined after the last database refresh should try again if they want to use the Beta grid for it's intended purpose or to save money doing test uploads of textures, sounds, or animations. _____________________

Confused on how to get Beta

Um, where do u go to download the Beta Grid? I'm just learning the basics of making clothes/textures in SL and want to test upload them without paying the upload fees...I went to SL's main website, but its confusing on which thing im suppose to download...and then i got more confused because a friend in SL told me that the beta didnt exist anymore....
So if someone could please direct me WHAT and WHERE to download, it would be much appreciated! |

There isn't currently a beta grid viewer. The grid is up, just no special viewer to use for it.
You can use the current regular viewer to access the beta grid by pressing Control Shift G at the login screen. This will cause a grid selector to appear. The beta grid is called Aditi. Our normal grid is called Agni. The bar at the top is generally a different color when you are on the beta grid.
