ok so I see the Textures & Extras on the second life website..
any ways I see you can down load templates
but dose it cost money to us them?

In a way it does because each of the textures must be uploaded to secondlife at a cost of 10 lindens per upload. The wireframes and templates however can be used in photoshop, paintshop pro, gimp or your paint program of choice to create new custom content. There is a really good tutorial using the templates to create a shirt on www.spacethinkdream.com. One by Nephaline Protaganist and one by Nicola Escher.
